Concierge Hourly Fee: $30.00
Personal Assistant and Special Projects: Fee to be determined based on scope of services


A detailed Statement of Work and written itinerary with dates, times, locations, directions and activities will be supplied as soon as reservations are completed.  All services must be secured by a major credit card.                                   

Terms of Use

Payments:
All services must be secured by a major credit card.  Payment for all services will be billed in advance prior to service being rendered.  These may be paid in advance by check, cash, credit card or money order.  Expenses, purchases & service charges will be billed each day to your credit card & will be accompanied by an itemized statement.  Payment must be made to Park City ProConcierge, LLC. Services scheduled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $25.00 fee.  All prices listed by Park City ProConcierge, LLC are for services rendered by Park City ProConcierge, LLC, and do not include charges for third party vendors or merchandise purchased at the client's request.  A detailed, written invoice will be submitted at the end of service. 

Unused Hours
All hours for monthly plans must be used within a 30 day period. Unused hours are non-refundable.

Errands and Shopping:
All errand and shopping rates include time from the beginning of the task and for the first 15 miles of travel.  Additional mileage will be calculated at $.50 per mile.

Cancellations:
24 hour notice is required for cancellation of any service.  Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in the full price of the requested service being charged.  In addition, Park City ProConcierge, LLC will charge a $25.00 fee for cancellation.  Less than 24 hour notice may also result in additional charges from third party vendors, as per their individual cancellation policies.

Access to Client's Property:
If Park City ProConcierge, LLC cannot gain entrance to the client's property to complete requested service, the client will be charged for the full cost of the requested service. Repeat visits to the property to complete service will incur repeat charges.

Privacy Policy:
All personal and credit card information will be collected only for the purpose of providing requested service by Park City ProConcierge, LLC and billing the client for the services rendered.  At no time will said information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the requested service and completing the client's financial obligation to Park City ProConcierge, LLC.

Fee Information:
There is a 1 hour minimum for any service.  Additional billing is in half-hour segments. As many services as possible will be completed within the 1 hour limit.

Cost of individual purchases is not included in the hourly fee.

Mileage is included up to 15 miles: $.50/mile beyond the 15 miles.
Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is completed.
Any reservations requested will be held by credit card.

A written itinerary will be provided as soon as all services are complete.  It is the client's responsibility to be in place on time.

Payment balance is required upon completion. Cancellations require a 24 hour notice, or additional fees apply from both Park City ProConcierge, LLC. and third party services.
